KG is a natural mentor and coach. He worked in the corporate world for 38 years across a variety of industries and towards the latter part specialized in IT sales. With several achievements under his belt, KG discovered his IKIGAI in coaching & mentoring when he helped conceive of & deliver the AIM program at Tech Mahindra. He continues to be associated with TechM in helping to enable their sales team.
