A creative girl from Kolkata, who met Mother Teresa during the Gulf War and dreamt of changing the world!
After 20 years, I am a Gold medalist-Designer, Commonwealth Scholar- London, Ex-Fortune 500, Ex-Leadership Coach at Landmark Education, Founder of Dezinecareers, and winner of Jobsforher Award -2020.
I designed my own second career unlinked to my educational background being the founder of Dezinecareers Global Private Ltd in 2016 in Gurgaon-India.
In these 5+ years, I have developed this ©Career Story method and
trained 12,000+ professionals including those from fortune 500 at CXO,
CHRO level from Pepsico, Seimens, E&Y, Givadaun, Adidas,KPMG Upgrad,
Digital Vidya, ChannelPlay, etc.
My expertise has developed from the real experience I had while working for 17 years in India, the United Kingdom and South East Asia in various Public, Private ranging from MSME to NYSE listed fortune 500 organizations.
My mission is to design careers for 90 lakh individuals by 2025. I live in Gurgaon and belong to the world.
Paul Dupuis
Paul Dupuis is the CEO & Chairman of Randstad Japan, the global leader in the HR services industry.
From a young Canadian backpacker in1990, sleeping on a park bench in Japan, to leading one of the biggest corporate giants in the Asia-Pacific region, Paul Dupuis has built a career through game changing leadership, crafted through his own real-life experiences as an athlete, volunteer and CEO. His leadership framework as presented in his book, “the E5 Movement”, is a fresh yet familiar model, based on learnings from leaders like Konosuke Matsushits, the founder of Panasonic, Mahatma Gandhi, Jack Welch & Peter Drucker to name a few.
Paul has lived and worked in the APAC region for more than 25 years, leading transformation in Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea, India and beyond.
He is an avid volunteer, a passionate ice hockey player, travels to the Himalayas each winter to volunteer and coach ice hockey and raise awareness of climate change.

Vijay Krishnamurthy
Vijay began his engineering career in San Jose, California. During 1998 – 2012
period, Vijay worked for multinational corporations such as Broadcom, Synopsys, and Philips across geographies (US, UK, and Asia) in both technical and management roles.
Vijay also holds a USPTA tennis coach certification and trained athletes for
national tennis competitions during his stint as the Founder and Head Coach of Groundstrokes Academy from 2012 – 2018 in Bangalore (India).
In 2018, Vijay crossed over to academia research and is working on his Doctoral program (Ph.D.) on Sports Management at the University of Mysore (India).
As an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by International Coaching Federation (ICF), Vijay works with corporate leaders, managers and entrepreneurs on goal setting and project management.

Zinal Doshi, is an Ex-Banker (with MNC Bank) and Founder of The Flapper Life, a sustainable travel and lifestyle firm only for Women. With over 18 years of experience across two industries of consumer banking and Tourism, she thrives in people management, relationship building, and retail marketing. She believes that learning is an everyday requirement, and one should always be open to learning new skills. Her strengths are an eye for detail, high energy, a focussed approach, and the ability to see in the future.
The Flapper Life is one of the leading travel companies for solo women travel and luxury travel. TFL is growing steadily and that is her only constant – To leave a mark on a traveler’s mind, to extract a traveler out of a tourist, and to inspire women to spread their wings is the goal.
Zinal has also Co-founded She In Tourism in 2020 the year of the
pandemic, Asia’s first platform for Women in Tourism which aims to
mentor women-led businesses, upskill women for leadership roles, and
create a voice for gender diversity in the Tourism Industry for Asian
women.
Zinal also supporting as a Digital Marketing Consultant for an upcoming Edu-tech start-up which creates practice opportunities for NEET, SSCGL aspirants.
